Q.) If I order now, when can I expect to receive my shipment?

A.) If you order by 3:30pm pacific time, there is a 99% chance it will be shipped the same day. Most supplies get delivered in 2-3 business days. For some supplies, it can take up to 5 business days. We are constantly working to improve delivery speeds. Our goal is get every order delivered in 2 business days.

 

Q.) I noticed the price changes when I increase the number of rolls

A.) Yes, we offer reduced pricing when you buy more paper rolls. We did this with the understanding that every business owner has different requirement and this allows us to offer low prices while keeping shipping free. Some businesses require as little as 6 paper rolls a month while others may need as much as a hundred rolls a week.  

 

Q.) What is the difference between 1 ply and 2 ply kitchen paper rolls?

A.) The 1 ply is made with a single layer of paper, while the 2 ply has 2 layers. The 1 ply just contains a white surface for printing while the 2 ply contains both white and yellow. The best way to tell the difference is to look at your current paper rolls and see if it contains both white and yellow paper. Your Clover Kitchen Printer supports both types of paper so you can always switch. Both 1ply and 2ply will fit your Clover Kitchen printer.

 

Q.) Will the printer ribbons that you are selling work for both 1ply and 2ply paper rolls?

A.) Yes, the ink will work on both types of paper. It works on both 1ply and 2ply paper rolls.

 

Q.) I have multiple locations or I would like to buy huge quantities of paper rolls or supplies?

A.) You can order multiple times for each location by increasing the quantity or you can contact us to help you place the order: 925-414-3848

 

Q.) What is the Clover Cable Assembly Pack?

A.) The Clover cable assembly pack is for the Clover Station. It comes with 3 cables. It has one cable for the monitor, one cable for the printer and one cable for the cash drawer. This will help replace cables that are lost or damaged.

Q.) What is the return policy if am not happy with the supplies?

A.) We offer 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the paper rolls or any of the supplies we sell, we will work with you to make it right.

Q.) Ok, I want to order from my Clover, what should I do?

A.) We made it very easy to order from your Clover. Simply add the items to your cart. Then confirm the address is correct. Press Pay. The funds are automatically debited from your Clover Merchant Account. That’s it! Your supplies will arrive in 2-5 business days.
